I stayed here for a night during my trip, and I loved the location! It's super close to the State Fair and other attractions, which made getting around really easy. The front desk staff was friendly, and they handled my concerns quickly. I appreciated having a comfortable bed to rest in after a long day of exploring.
On the downside, the room I got was less than ideal. It was a bit outdated and not as clean as I hoped, with some issues like graffiti and a broken AC unit. I also spotted some questionable characters hanging around the hotel, which made me a bit uneasy. it wasn’t the best experience, but it worked in a pinch.

The hotel property was exceptionally comfortable with particularly good location so close to Phoenix for as well as the fairgrounds. The staff were very kind and courteous and knew how to help.
Even though everything was good, some of the staff were super rude.

It was the only available place we could find.
The room was rudimentary at best. Next to a strip club! Bathroom had a crack in the tub and peeling paint. Didn't feel safe going out to my car at night.

Ease of access to airport. The coffee pot worked.
Carpet was ripped in two places, causing me to trip. Carpet was stained. Shower faucet handle was broken. Toilet tissue holder was pulled off wall, not replaced. Ice machine was out of order.

Nice counter staff, cheap, simple. Bathroom was clean. Tv comes with playboy channel unlocked (good or bad depending, I guess).
Floor wasn't very clean, towels and sheets were thin and cheap, next door to strip club.
